Ingredients

  • 4 small whole wheat tortillas (6 in)
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons stone ground mustard
  • 1 large dill pickle
  • thinly sliced into 4 sections
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices reduced-fat swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Lay torillas flat.
  2. Top each with mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese.
  3. Roll up burrito style and press with the palm of your hand.
  4. Lightly coat a grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  5. Place 1 wrap on the pan and press lightly with a spatula until golden, 1-2 minutes.
  6. Turn over and cook on the other side until golden.
  7. Cook remaining wraps and serve warm.
