Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- softened
- 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
- 2 tbsp beer
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup cooked chopped shelled shrimp
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- toasted at 350F for 5 to 7 minutes.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, celery, beer, onion, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Blend well.
- Stir in the shrimp and toasted pecans.
- Pack the mixture into a serving container, and cover and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour and no longer than 2 days.
- Serve this dish with crackers.
