Ingredients
- 4 -5 large potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 pinches salt
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 1 lemon juice
- 14 cup olive oil
- 2 pinches dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 180 Celsius for 10 minutes.
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Cut the potatoes in 6-8 large pieces.
- place them in a large bowl.
- Chop the garlic finely.
- add the garlic in the bowl along with the salt, the pepper, the lemon, the oregano and the olive oil.
- Mix properly till the seasoning goes everywhere.
- Add in a tray large enough for the potatoes not to overlap.
- Place tray in the oven and roast for about 1 hour while stirring every 15 minutes.
- The potatoes are done if you pierce one with a fork and it falls of the fork.
