Potato Salad With Smoked Turkey and Gruyere
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 lb red potatoes
- quartered
- 12 lb turkey breast
- sliced
- 6 ounces gruyere
- diced
- 3 celery ribs
- diced
- 34 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup fresh dill
- chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 granny smith apple
- chopped
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until just tender, drain and cool.
- Combine mayo, dill and dijon in a large bowl.
- Add potatoes, turkey, cheese and celery; mix well.
- Stir in apple.
- Garnish with dill sprigs.
