Ingredients
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 25 grams Butter
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes and take out any eyes.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes at 700 W, until a skewer goes through them easily.
- Put the butter in a small microwave-safe container and microwave for 40 seconds at 500 W without a cover.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Put the cooked soft potatoes in a separate bowl and mash with a masher.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 6 portions and roll into balls.
- If it's too dry and hard to form, mix in a little milk before forming the balls.
- Put the potato balls in the bowl with the melted butter and cheese.
- Roll the balls in the mixture to coat them with butter and cheese.
- Put the butter-cheese potato balls on a baking sheet lined with kitchen parchment paper.
- Bake in a toaster oven for 7 to 8 minutes (800 W).
- When they are lightly browned they are done.
- Transfer to a serving plate, and sprinkle with some parsley.
