Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Crush garlic and half of sea salt together and then mix with oil.
  2. Peel potato, halve it along long side, lay flat on chopping board and cut into 4 long wedges.
  3. Pat potato dry and coat it with the oil, garlic and salt mixture.
  4. Place on a non-stick baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining salt, place in preheated oven at gas 7, 220C, 450F Check and turn after 25 minute, should be crisp and delicious after 35 - 40 minutes.
