Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 26 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 1 small onion (use half)
- 4 ounces mushrooms
- 12 ounces pasta shells (use half)
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Boil shells according to package directions.
- Brown ground beef and onion until onion is tender and beef is cooked through.
- Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer until shells are done.
- When shells are done, drain and add them to the meat mixture, along with the cheeses and mushrooms.
- Salt and pepper to taste, and serve!
