Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boneless Chicken
- 2 onions sliced
- 150 grams oil
- 250 grams butter
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 4 green chillies sliced
- 4 red chillies
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder or ground cumin
- 2 tsp corainder powder
- 2/3 cup cashewnut paste
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp curry powder or garam masala
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1 bunch corainder leaves
- 1 Salt
- 1 Water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot.Fry onions until brown.
- Put in the Chicken & stir-fry for 4 mins.
- Add to it ginger-garlic paste,tomatoes,green chilies,cashew nut paste,curd,cream & cheese.Stir for a while.
- Add red chillies,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,butter and salt to taste.
- Add some water according to requirement.
- Cover and cook on slow fire until chicken is cooked.
- Garnish with cream & corainder leaves.
