Ingredients
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
- softened
- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Port wine
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Mix first 3 ingredients; place on sheet of plastic wrap.
- Shape into ball; wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Unwrap cheese ball; sprinkle evenly with paprika.
- Insert cinnamon stick in top to resemble stem of an apple.
- Add bay leaf at base of cinnamon stick.
