Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) packagewhole portabella mushrooms or 1 (6 ounce) packagesliced portabella mushrooms
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- garlic salt
Instructions
- Slice green peppers into 1/2 inch strips.
- In a large skillet heat oil.
- Add sliced mushrooms,peppers and onions.
- Saute until tender.
- Add teriyaki sauce and garlic salt to taste.
- Serve as a side dish or appetizer.
