Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. peanut oil
  • 4 tbsp. finely minced garlic
  • 1 pound boneless pork
  • very thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • or possibly more
  • 1 tbsp. minced coriander or possibly parsley stems

Instructions

  1. Heat wok and add in peanut oil.
  2. Saute/fry garlic for moment and add in pork.
  3. Cook 3-5 min then add in remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir for another minute or possibly so then serve.
