Pork With Garlic & Black Pepper (Thai) Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. peanut oil
- 4 tbsp. finely minced garlic
- 1 pound boneless pork
- very thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- or possibly more
- 1 tbsp. minced coriander or possibly parsley stems
Instructions
- Heat wok and add in peanut oil.
- Saute/fry garlic for moment and add in pork.
- Cook 3-5 min then add in remaining ingredients.
- Stir for another minute or possibly so then serve.
