Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g)
  • cut into 4 pieces Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 apple
  • chopped Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Cook meat in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  3. Transfer meat to platter; cover to keep warm.
  4. Add butter and sugar to skillet; cook and stir 2 min.
  5. or until butter is melted and mixture is well blended.
  6. Add apples; cook 3 to 5 min.
  7. or until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove apples from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  9. Add cream cheese product, milk, wine and thyme to skillet; cook and stir on medium-low heat 3 min.
  10. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is heated through.
  11. Drizzle over meat; top with apples.
