Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 cup pounded Ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup shao xing wine
- 2 cup slice Pork Liver
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- 1/2 cup fresh red chili
Instructions
- thinly slice pork liver
- in pan with both sesame oil and vegetable oil lightly brown ginger then add slice pork liver for 1 minute
- add light soy sauce and shao zing rice wine and stir fry for another 1 minute then add spring onion and red chili mix well and off heat
- pork liver with ginger serve with white rice
