Pork Chops with Cranberry Barbecue Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Bulls-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce", "1 cup frozen cranberries", "1 Tbsp. brown sugar", "4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 1/2 inch thick

Instructions

  1. Bring barbecue sauce, cranberries and sugar to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup barbecue sauce mixture.
  3. Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
  4. Add chops; cook 4 to 5 min.
  5. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last few minutes.
  6. Serve chops with reserved sauce.
