Pork & Baked Beans Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. pork loin or possibly shoulder
- 2 cans Joan of Arc beans
- liquid removed
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. water
Instructions
- Cut the pork into bite-size pcs.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in a small roaster and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs.
