Pork and Shiso Leaves Stir-Fried with Butter and Soy Sauce
Ingredients
- 200 grams Pork
- 20 Green shiso leaves
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Butter
- 1 Soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat up a pan and add vegetable oil.
- Stir fry the pork and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- When the pork is cooked, add a little butter for flavor, and swirl in soy sauce.
- Tear the shiso leaves with your hands and add them to the pan, toss quickly and it's done.
