Ingredients
- 3 large Potatoes
- 150 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Chop the pork into small pieces.
- Season with salt, pepper, sake and katakuriko.
- Slice the potatoes into fine strips and soak in water.
- Heat a frying pan with sesame oil, and cook the pork.
- Add the sliced potatoes and keep cooking.
- Add the sauce once the potatoes are cooked, mix everything together.
- It's done!
