Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 12 cup brown sugar
- packed
- 14 cup chili powder
- 14 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb lean stewing beef
- cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 3 green peppers
- chopped
- 3 large onions
- chopped
Instructions
- Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and salt in slow cooker.
- Stir in meats, green peppers, and onions.
- Cover, cook on high 6-8 hours.
- Shred meat with two forks, stir in all the ingredients together well.
- Serve on buns.
