  • 1 pita bread
  • whole wheat
  • 18 cup pizza sauce
  • canned
  • 1 slice turkey meat
  • fat free
  • 14 red onion
  • sliced
  • 14 green bell pepper
  • sliced
  • 5 black olives
  • sliced
  • 12 cup mushroom
  • sliced
  • 13 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Put pita on baking sheet and put sauce and meat and vegetables.
  2. Top with cheese and bake 350 for 10-15 minutes or until desired tenderness of vegetables has been achieved.
  3. I like mine a little crunchy.
