Ingredients
- 1 pita bread
- whole wheat
- 18 cup pizza sauce
- canned
- 1 slice turkey meat
- fat free
- 14 red onion
- sliced
- 14 green bell pepper
- sliced
- 5 black olives
- sliced
- 12 cup mushroom
- sliced
- 13 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Put pita on baking sheet and put sauce and meat and vegetables.
- Top with cheese and bake 350 for 10-15 minutes or until desired tenderness of vegetables has been achieved.
- I like mine a little crunchy.
