Polish Cottage Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 2/3 c. light cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Put cheese through sieve.
- Beat yolks, add in cream, sugar, flour, and vanilla.
- Add in cheese and stir well to blend.
- Mix in beaten egg whites.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Dust with cinnamon.
- Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees 45 min.
