Poblano Bacon Bratwurst

Ingredients

• 4 bratwursts
• 12 ounces beer
• 4 poblano chiles
• 8 slices apple wood smoked bacon

Instructions

1. simmer bratwurst in beer for 15-20 minutes.
2. fire roast chili peppers.
3. remove seed skin and stems.
4. wrap poblano chili around bratwurst.
5. then wrap with bacon.
6. secure with water soaked skewers.
7. and fire grill.
