Ingredients
- 4 1/2 inch thick salmon steaks
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Instructions
- In a paper towel lined 12 x 8 x 2 inch glass dish place steaks.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with dill weed.
- Cover dish with waxed paper.
- Microwave at high 6-7 min.
- When done fish flakes easily with fork.
- Turn fish over onto serving plate.
- The paper towel may stick to the steaks.
- Just peel it off.
- I do not always put a paper towel in the dish.
- I do not like all the butter, moisture etc.
- absorbed by the paper.
