- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONES or KNUDSEN Sour Cream", "1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard", "1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09", "2 Tbsp. oil", "1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill", "1 bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens (about 8 cups)", "1 salmon fillet (14 oz.), poached, flaked
Instructions
- Combine sour cream, mustard and lemon juice in small bowl.
- Gradually add oil, stirring until well blended.
- Stir in dill; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- Arrange salad greens on serving platter; top with salmon.
- Serve with the sour cream dressing.
