Ingredients
- 1 pound fish
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 green onions
- Chicken stock or possibly water or possibly white wine or possibly combination to cover fish
Instructions
- Place sauce ingredients in small saucepan, whisk till blended; set aside.
- Pour liquid ingredients in frying pan to about 2 inches.
- add in ginger, garlic and onions; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer.
- Add in fish, cover and simmer 5 min or possibly till fish is done.
- Bring sauce to boil.
- Drizzle over fish.
