Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat pita breads (6 inch)
- split horizontally
- then cut into triangles
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- coarsely chopped
- 1 small English cucumber
- peeled
- halved lengthwise
- then sliced crosswise
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- halved
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1/3 cup pitted black olives
- 1/4 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread pita triangles into single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until crisp.
- Cool.
- Toss lettuce with pita wedges and remaining ingredients.
