Ingredients

  • 2 level tbsp. butter
  • 2 level tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. stock
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon made mustard
  • A little minced cucumber pickle
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat and heat the butter in a saucepan; add in the onion, minced small, and fry golden in the butter.
