Piquante Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. vinegar
• 1/2 c. catsup
• 3/4 c. oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 5 Large eggs
• hard boiled & minced
• 1 sm. onion
• chopped
• 1/4 c. sugar

Instructions

1. Combine first 6 ingredients and whip thoroughly.
2. Add in Large eggs, onion and sugar; mix thoroughly.
