Pink Lady Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) strawberry gelatin
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 c. whipped topping
Instructions
- Cook rhubarb and sugar slowly till tender.
- Add in gelatin dry; stir gently till dissolved.
- Let cold and add in lemon juice.
- Cold to room temperature, mix in whipped topping.
- Pour into baked crust and chill.
- Top with whipped topping when served.
