Pinecone Spinach-Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tightlly packed baby spinach leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
  • softened
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
  • toasted
  • RITZ Crackers

Instructions

  1. Process spinach, oil and garlic in food processor until well blended.
  2. Add next 3 ingredients; process until well blended.
  3. Shape into 4-inch oval on sheet of waxed paper.
  4. Insert nuts in rows to completely cover cream cheese mixture to resemble pinecone.
  5. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  6. Remove from refrigerator 15 min.
  7. before serving.
  8. Serve with crackers.
