Pineapple Pistachio Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 1/4 ounce.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix (instant)
  • 1 lg. (20 ounce.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 lg. (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
  • 15 maraschino cherries
  • quartered (optional)
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton Cold Whip

Instructions

  1. Combine dry pudding mix with pineapple and cherries.
  2. Mix in Cold Whip.
  3. Pour into casserole and chill several hrs.
  4. (We usually add in 1/2 c. or possibly so (before chopping) minced walnuts or possibly macadamias.)
