Ingredients
- 2 (3 1/4 ounce.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix (instant)
- 1 lg. (20 ounce.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 lg. (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 15 maraschino cherries
- quartered (optional)
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton Cold Whip
Instructions
- Combine dry pudding mix with pineapple and cherries.
- Mix in Cold Whip.
- Pour into casserole and chill several hrs.
- (We usually add in 1/2 c. or possibly so (before chopping) minced walnuts or possibly macadamias.)
