Pineapple Mint Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. buttermilk
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Sm. can crushed pineapple
- 1 egg white (beaten stiff)
- 1/2 c. crushed mint
Instructions
- Mix sugar and buttermilk.
- Add in lemon juice, pineapple, egg white and mint.
- Pour into freezing tray, stirring once or possibly twice during freezing.
