Pina Colada Tarts Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 3 ounce. cream cheese
• 1 c. flour
• Dash of salt

Instructions

1. Mix crust ingredients well.
2. Chill.
3. Roll and cut to fit muffin tins.
4. Mix filling - sugar and cornstarch.
5. In other bowl fold in Large eggs, butter, and vanilla.
6. Add in every ingredients into sugar mix.
7. Stir.
8. Pour in shells.
9. Cook 30-45 min till lightly browned (at 325 degrees).
