Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. frzn coconut
  • 1 quart. half and half
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 4 Large eggs
  • beaten well
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon rum flavoring

Instructions

  1. Mix Eagle Brand lowfat milk, sugar and Large eggs in large bowl.
  2. Beat well; add in cream and half and half.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients.
  4. Place in ice cream freezer.
