Ingredients
- 5 arbol chiles
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions
- add the chiles and onion to a food processor and chop finely.
- add to your other ingredients.blend and chill for at least an hour.
- this is a great dip with chips -- and an excellent addition to foil packs of fish or chicken cooked in the oven or grill !
