Pico de gallo (with mango)
Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 1/2 mango
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 jalapenos
- 1 cilantro (to taste)
- 1 salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Dice up first 6 ingredients.
- Chop up as much cilantro as you would like to use.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl.
- Squeeze excess juice from mango off of pit and into the bowl with everything else.
- Add salt & pepper.
- Stir all ingredients together enjoy!
