  • 24 slices pickled ginger (available in specialty stores)
  • 4 slices smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lay the fillets in a small roasting pan.
  3. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the pickled ginger in an even layer over the fillets.
