Pete's Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oatmeal
- 1-1/2 oz. raisins
- 1-1/2 oz. dried apricots
- cut up
- 1 apple
- diced
- 2 bananas
- sliced
- 1 tbsp. kumquat syrup
- 1 English muffin
- 1 tbsp. homemade jam
Instructions
- Mix together and cook the first four ingredients.
- Serve the mixture over the bananas, topped with syrup, with an English muffin and jam on the side.
