Perfect Pastry Mix Recipe

Ingredients

• 7 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 2 c. vegetable shortening

Instructions

1. Combine flour and salt.
2. Cut in shortening with pastry blender till mix resembles coarse meal.
3. Place in a covered container and store in refrigerator (keeps up to 1 month).
4. Yield: 7 (9 inch) pastry shells.
