  • 3 bay leaves

  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4 green chilies
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro
  • 12 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons curds or 2 tablespoons buttermilk

  • 1 big onion
  • chopped in arc shape
  • 1 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • chopped in square shape
  • 15 beans
  • chopped in 3 pieces

Instructions

  1. Fry all spices in oil(the first five ingredients).
  2. Add fresh ginger and green chilli.
  3. Add Onion: Fry till transucent brown.
  4. Add tomato, fry.
  5. Add carrot and beans, fry.
  6. Add curd.
  7. leave for few minutes.
  8. Now the veg mix is ready.
  9. In rice cooker:Put layer of veg mix,.

  13. Add 3-4 cups water.
  14. Add salt and mix.
