Ingredients
- 4 ounce. firmly minced pepperoni
- 1/4 c. apple cider or possibly juice
- 4 slices toasted raisin bread
- cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 med. apple
- minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- melted
Instructions
- In a saucepan, simmer pepperoni in apple cider; 20 min, covered.
- Drain reserving 1 Tbsp.
- of juice.
- In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, salt and nutmeg.
- Add in pepperoni and apple.
- Sprinkle with reserved juice and melted butter.
- Toss lightly to mix.
