Ingredients
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- softened
- 2 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickle Spears
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
- drained
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Garlic & Herb Naturally Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 36 RITZ Crackers
- 36 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni
Instructions
- Process first 5 ingredients in food processor just until blended.
- (Do not over process.)
- Transfer to bowl.
- Stir in mayonnaise.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Top crackers with pepperoni, then cheese mixture just before serving.
