Ingredients
- 1 (.75 ounce.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 pound bunch broccoli
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- sliced
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) diced Swiss cheese
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 1 green pepper
- minced
Instructions
- Prepare dressing mix according to package directions; set aside.
- Trim off large leaves of broccoli.
- Wash broccoli, break off flowerets; reserve stalks for use in other recipes
- Combine broccoli and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss gently.
- Cover and chill 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Serves 6-8.
