- pepper (dont be afraid to add a little kick)

- This is a quick and easy batter to put together.
- If you are a lime fan give it a whirl!
- It makes enough for about 2 pounds of fillets.
- Mix the ingredients well in a bowl ensuring all the lumps have been removed.
- Pat fish dry before dipping in the batter.
- Fry until golden brown.
