Ingredients

  • 5 whole Bell Peppers
  • 1 whole Small Onion
  • 2 whole Small Red Pototoes
  • 1 cup Instant Rice
  • Uncooked (optional)
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef (uncooked)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Or Fresh Basil To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Seasoning Salt To Taste
  • 2 jars Your Favorite Spaghetti Sauce (24 Oz Each)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Hollow the peppers and rinse out any seeds.
  2. Dice the potatoes and onion and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the rice if you are using it.
  4. Add the ground beef and seasonings.
  5. Mix it together and stuff the peppers with the mixture.
  6. Place the peppers into a large, oval crockpot.
  7. Cover with 2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce.
  8. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  9. Top with the cheese.
  10. Serve with crusty bread.
