Ingredients
- 5 whole Bell Peppers
- 1 whole Small Onion
- 2 whole Small Red Pototoes
- 1 cup Instant Rice
- Uncooked (optional)
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef (uncooked)
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Or Fresh Basil To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Seasoning Salt To Taste
- 2 jars Your Favorite Spaghetti Sauce (24 Oz Each)
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Hollow the peppers and rinse out any seeds.
- Dice the potatoes and onion and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the rice if you are using it.
- Add the ground beef and seasonings.
- Mix it together and stuff the peppers with the mixture.
- Place the peppers into a large, oval crockpot.
- Cover with 2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Top with the cheese.
- Serve with crusty bread.
