Ingredients
- 3 cups penne pasta
- uncooked
- 4 cups loosely packed arugula
- 1 red pepper
- cut into matchlike sticks
- 1 can (170 g) chunk light tuna in water
- drained
- flaked
- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Pesto Parmesan Dressing
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add arugula, peppers and tuna; mix lightly.
- Toss with dressing just before serving; top with cheese.
