Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- salt
- pepper
- lemon pepper (optional)
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
- dill (optional)
- 1 sliced onion
- 12 sliced bell pepper (optional)
- 4 sliced garlic cloves (optional)
- lemon juice
- water (optional)
- 1 lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Line bottom of pan with sliced onions.
- If using peppers and or garlic add them too.
- Place fillets on top of the vegetables.
- Pour lemon juice over all.
- Add some water if desired.
- [The fish will release its own juices so it probably won't be too dry.
- ].
- Sprinkle seasonings over all.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- If the fish is frozen (not thawed) double the cooking time.
- Garnish with lemon slices or wedges if desired.
