Peg's Strawberry Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 quart. strawberries
Instructions
- CREAM FILLING: Beat all ingredients together at high speed till fluffy.
- GLAZE: Mix together and bring to a boil till it thickens (will continue to set up as it cools).
- Cold on the counter before pouring onto strawberries.
- In baked pie shell or possibly tarts, spread cream filling on bottom.
- Place strawberries on top and pour glaze over strawberries.
- Top with a dab of Cold Whip.
