Pecan Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pound butter
• 2 lbs. peanut butter
• 3 lbs. confectioners sugar", "1 c. minced pecans", "2 lbs. semi sweet chocolate

Instructions

1. Heat butter and mix well with peanut butter and sugar.
2. Add in pecans to dough like mix.
3. Roll dough into balls about the size of large marbles.
4. Set on waxed paper.
5. Heat chocolate in double boiler.
6. Using a tsp., dip balls in chocolate coating each one well.
7. Set on waxed paper to cold.
8. Makes about 200 pcs of candy.
