Pecan Orange Slaw
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 sm. oranges
- 1 head cabbage
- 1/2 cup toasted
- chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Peel oranges and cut into small pieces.
- Shred cabbage.
- Combine cabbage, orange pieces, and pecans.
- Mix remaining ingredients together, pour over slaw and toss lightly.
- Cover and refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
