Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- diced (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (16 ounce) bagfrozen garden peas
- 14 teaspoon coarse salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves or 14 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Add onions to mushrooms in skillet; cook about 3 more minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Stir in peas and cook 3-4 minutes until peas are tender.
- Stir occasionally.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place in serving dish and garnish with fresh thyme.
- Serve immediately.
